I gave up
I just couldn't wait
It was you, it was me
It was fate

You left me there too long. I wanted to wait, but I lost all will. You were holding me back. You were holding me there. With my feet hanging over air. I grew weak.

You didn't put an effort
You didn't even try
You never saved me
I'm saying good bye

I grabbed hold of the ledge before me. The rocks hurt my hands, but I climbed down. It was slow, and hard. But I just kept going. As I looked up, soon you were merely a dot. But there was a still a ways to go.

Did you care that I left?
Did you even notice?
Did you watch my climb down
Into the abyss?

The ground is in sight. Only yards away. I can't even see you anymore. I know it now. You can't tell I'm so far down. By myself. It's cold down here. It's dark down here. But... it's less cold, and less dark when you find your own way down.

The ground is only feet away
But I still grip the rock wall
I hear something hit the ground
I look down
It's the rope
Only feet away

And
I
Fall
Around when Kitten and I stopped seeing eachother...after it happened

This is where, for quite a while
Kitten left my poetry
